SYDNEY, Australia, April 21, 2026 — Reuben AI (Reuben Ventures Pty Ltd), a private markets software platform, today announced its official commercial launch, delivering the data infrastructure that private capital firms have long been missing.
Founded by Katriona Lee, former Global Strategy Director at Xero and veteran of Barclays, Thomson Reuters, EY, and Accenture, Reuben AI is purpose-built to give private capital firms a unified data layer across the full investment lifecycle — from deal flow to portfolio management to settlement.

The platform completed a private beta with over 70 pilot organisations across Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, North America, and Europe prior to launch.
