Wisr appoints new Chief Operating Officer

Sydney, 5 August 2025Wisr Limited (ASX: WZR) has announced the appointment of Sam Harding as Chief Operating Officer. 

Sam joins Wisr with two decades of experience in banking and financial services having held leadership roles across product, strategy, operations, customer service and transformation. 

Sam most recently led Westpac’s Auto Finance business as its Chief Operating Officer. Prior to Westpac, Sam had roles at Bankwest, including as its Head of Credit Analysis and Operations, where he was responsible for acquiring and onboarding new-to-bank clients originated through the commercial broking and small business channels.

In the newly appointed role, Sam will oversee day-to-day operational strategy and delivery across Wisr’s personal loan and secured vehicle loan business units, as well as key transformation initiatives that support the company’s long-term growth ambitions.
