Hi FinTech Australia Members,
A reminder to those who haven't yet registered for our Annual General Meeting, scheduled for Wednesday, 26 November 2025 at 9:00am (AEDT).

The virtual meeting will take place through a Zoom meeting. The Zoom meeting details will be shared if attendance registration is approved.
The in-person meeting this year will be held from the Allens office in Sydney and Melbourne. Address as follows:
Melbourne: Level 37/101 Collins St., Melbourne VIC 3000
Sydney: Deutsche Bank Place, Level 28/126 Phillip Street, Sydney NSW 2000 (Corner Hunter & Phillip Streets)

Please Note: Delegation form that has been completed & signed must be lodged with us before the time of the meeting (9am (AEDT), Wednesday, 26 November 2025).
Proxy form should be completed and lodged with us before 9am (AEDT) on Monday, 24 November 2025.

Election of Board Members
We will be voting to elect 2 Board Members for FinTech Australia. The application form is now closed, and we have received a total of 7 nominations. Please find the 2025 Director Nominees Catalogue below for details on the candidate.
Voting of the new board will take place via a Google Form shared during the Zoom meeting with all the information about the voters collected via the system.
