Notice of Annual General Meeting

Hi FinTech Australia Members,
We cordially invite you to our Annual General Meeting, on Wednesday, 26 November 2025 at 9:00am (AEDT). This gathering is an opportunity for our members to reflect on the achievements of the past year and to collaborate on our vision for the future of the industry.
FinTech Australia continues to advocate for policy and regulatory changes that support innovation, competition and growth across the sector. None of that work is effective without the support of our members. Representing the diverse voices of this industry relies on your input, feedback and participation.
This year also marks a major milestone, 10 years of fintech in Australia and 10 years of FinTech Australia. Through the launch of our inaugural Fintech Week Australia, alongside our flagship programs including the Finnie Awards, Intersekt Festival and CDR Summit, as well as new member opportunities throughout the year, we’ve been able to highlight how the sector has matured over the past decade, celebrate the people, companies and ideas that have shaped it, and showcase the innovation still driving it forward.
Everything we’ve achieved so far has been possible because of your support and active participation, and we look forward to continuing that work with all of you.

The in-person meeting this year will be held from the Allens office in Sydney and Melbourne. Address as follows:
Melbourne: Level 37/101 Collins St., Melbourne VIC 3000
Sydney: Deutsche Bank Place, Level 28/126 Phillip Street, Sydney NSW 2000 (Corner Hunter & Phillip Streets)
The virtual meeting will take place through a Zoom meeting. The Zoom meeting details will be shared if attendance registration is approved.

Important - To attend the AGM virtually or in-person, please follow the flowchart below for instruction on what you will need to do:
Please Note: Delegation form that has been completed & signed must be lodged with us before the time of the meeting (9am (AEDT), Wednesday, 26 November 2025).
Proxy form should be completed and lodged with us before 9am (AEDT) on Monday, 24 November 2025.
Calling for nomination of board members

We are currently calling for nominations for Board Members (2 positions). If you are interested, please fill and submit this form by 5pm (AEDT) on Wednesday, 12 November 2025. Details about the board position is available in the Notice of General Meeting.
Voting of the new board will take place via a Google Form shared during the Zoom meeting with all the information about the voters collected via the system. The catalogue with details of the Director Nominees and the audited Annual Report will be shared on November 13, 18, and 25 via email and can be found on the FinTech Australia website.
