LFG launches with LoanOptions.ai's HAILO, bringing state-of-the-art tech to advisers

12 March 2026, Auckland: Award-winning fintech provider, LoanOptions.ai, has entered into a commercial partnership with Link Financial Group (LFG), one of the founding aggregators in New Zealand, established over 30 years ago.

The partnership will see LFG’s advisers gain access to LoanOptions.ai’s industry-leading technology, HAILO, The 5-Minute Home Loan Application, as a subscribed service. This represents a significant step forward in bringing sophisticated, safe and secure AI solutions to advisers who want to stay competitive and secure a seamless advantage in the home loan process.

Kip Hanna (CEO at NZHL Group, which LFG is part of), Julian Fayad (Founder and CEO at LoanOptions.ai), Luke Roberts (National Growth Manager at LFG)

The white-label technology will be rolled out across LFG Advisers, allowing them to offer their clients a world-class digital application experience in their own branding.

HAILO is an ISO27001-certified, state-of-the-art five-minute digital home loan application journey built with LoanOptions.ai’s proprietary Auto-complete Contextual Engine (ACE). Within minutes, HAILO collects key information from the client and packages it up for the adviser, including a property data report and valuation, powered by Valocity, ID, Bank Statements, Payslips, a complete fact-find, supporting documents and necessary compliance documents, significantly reducing manual onboarding by up to 80%. This technology allows advisers to offer their clients a transparent experience and the application process has no impact on a customer’s credit score.

LFG is the first aggregator partnership for HAILO in the New Zealand market.

Kip Hanna, CEO at NZHL Group (which LFG is part of), said, “At LFG, we’re committed to equipping advisers with effective solutions and strong support so their businesses can succeed in New Zealand’s fast‑changing financial landscape. We do this by continuing to invest in our market leading core platform Advice Link, as well as partnering with best in breed fintech solutions, such as HAILO. Investing in smart, powerful technology is essential to helping advisers stay ahead and deliver great outcomes for their clients.”

“LoanOptions.ai was the natural choice because they share our focus on flexible solutions and exceptional support. Integrating HAILO across our systems gives advisers more efficient tools, freeing up valuable time to concentrate on delivering quality advice and growing their business.”

Julian Fayad, Founder and CEO at LoanOptions.ai said, “It’s a pleasure working with the team at Link Financial Group. In our view, one of the most forward thinking aggregators who invest in their brokers’ access to important technology. Following our successful partnership to bring asset finance technology and diversification solutions to their network, integrating HAILO was the natural next step.

“Link Financial Group has been a mainstay in New Zealand for over 30 years, and this partnership is a perfect example of what can be achieved when a leading NZ group and a global AI provider come together. It allows us to empower hundreds of advisers with AI systems that eliminate the drudgery, opacity, and inefficiency from the loan process, driving a huge step forward for the industry as a whole."
