Identitii Secures $640,000 R&D Loan Facility from Kashcade to Support Commercial Growth

Sydney, Australia – January 2026 – Identitii Limited (ASX: ID8), a financial data technology company, has secured a $640,000 R&D loan facility from Kashcade, strengthening its balance sheet as commercial traction for its BNDRY platform accelerates.

The R&D loan facility forms part of Identitii’s broader capital strategy, complementing its existing equity funding initiatives by unlocking a future cash refund it was eligible to claim through the Research and Development Tax Incentive (RDTI). The facility provides immediate, non-dilutive funding to support ongoing business operations and growth initiatives as Identitii continues to convert proof-of-concept activity into commercial contracts across Australia’s clubs, pubs, and payments infrastructure sectors.

The R&D loan will be repaid from the Company’s FY25 R&D Tax Incentive refund, which is expected to total approximately $800,000 and be received this quarter, enabling Identitii to bring forward future cash flows without impacting equity ownership.

Commenting on the funding, John Rayment, CEO of Identitii, said:

“We’ve arranged enough funding to secure a strong future for Identitii at a time when sales of our BNDRY platform are really taking off. We’ve really enjoyed working with the Kashcade team and have been impressed by the ease and speed of their funding process. Beyond our FY25 R&D refund, we’ve found a partner that can support us right across our growth journey.”

Alex Simmons, CEO of Kashcade, added:

“Identitii is a great example of a company using R&D-backed funding as part of a balanced capital mix. By accessing capital they’re eligible to claim later under the RDTI, they’ve been able to move quickly and stay focused on commercial execution. Our goal is to make funding fast, transparent, and aligned with how innovative companies actually operate as they scale.”

Kashcade specialises in R&D-backed funding for innovation-driven companies, providing fast access to capital tied to verified R&D activity. Its funding model is designed to work alongside traditional equity and grant funding, offering founders a fast and dilution-free alternative for managing cash flow through growth phases.

Over the past six months, BNDRY and its partner Cherryhub have made rapid progress in commercialising their compliance platform, engaging a large underserved market in Australia’s clubs and pubs sector, launching the initial solution, securing nine proof-of-concept agreements, and attracting interest from more than 100 venues.

Since then, Identitii has signed three new commercial contracts with clubs and pubs, as well as one commercial contract with an Australian payments and financial services infrastructure provider. The Company expects both the number of commercial contracts and usage-based revenue to increase sharply throughout 2026.
