What they do

Fragmented property data turned into decision-ready intelligence.

The VALAI Intelligence Engine delivers property-level intelligence directly into the systems institutions already use.

The problem

Nobody knows how a property actually performs

Banks approve mortgages, insurers set premiums and buyers choose homes without knowing how those properties actually perform. No energy data across the mortgage book. Premiums priced at postcode level. Listings with no running costs. Mandatory climate disclosure legislation now requires Australia's largest lenders to report property-level risk accurately, and the data infrastructure to meet that obligation barely exists, except at VALAI.

The solution

One engine, every outcome

Banks meet mandatory climate disclosure. Insurers price risk at the property level rather than the postcode. Buyers see running costs. Property owners and homeowners get a personalised A$2,200 savings pathway.
