Inlogik
One Intelligent Platform Connecting Financial Institutions, Commercial Payments and Corporate Spend Globally
Powering commercial spend for financial institutions and enterprises
Commercial spend is evolving. Its infrastructure needs to catch up
Commercial spend remains constrained by fragmented legacy technology, disconnected data and manual processes. Banks face rising pressure to modernise, differentiate and deepen valuable commercial relationships, while corporates demand greater control, visibility and automation. Inlogik provides the banking-grade infrastructure connecting cards, spend and intelligence; helping financial institutions unlock new value while transforming how businesses manage commercial spend.
One platform connecting both sides of commercial spend
Inlogik brings the institutional and corporate sides of commercial spend together through a single configurable platform. Financial institutions can modernise and expand their commercial propositions without replacing their customer relationships, while enterprises gain an integrated environment for managing cards, controls, workflows, data and spend.
Built on scalable, banking-grade architecture, the platform supports complex organisational structures, multiple markets and currencies, delegated authorities and local governance, enabling Inlogik to expand across customers, products and geographies.
Mission-critical infrastructure with high barriers to displacement
For more than 30 years, Inlogik has operated within highly regulated banking environments, building deep domain expertise, trusted institutional relationships and technology embedded within critical commercial payment and spend workflows.
Deep customer integrations, banking-grade security and compliance, complex implementation requirements and long-standing relationships create high switching costs and meaningful barriers to entry. Combined with exceptional customer retention, these characteristics create a defensible market position that is difficult for competitors to replicate.
Established globally, with multiple pathways to expansion
Inlogik is already active across 30+ countries, with operations in Australia, New Zealand, the UK and US. This established international footprint provides a foundation for further growth as financial institutions modernise commercial payment propositions and enterprises seek greater integration, automation and intelligence across spend.

Profitable, recurring revenue with multiple growth levers
Inlogik combines contracted recurring revenue with volume-based growth, creating a model that scales as customer adoption, transaction volumes and spend increase. Additional growth opportunities come from expanding customer relationships through new modules, cross-sell and professional services, complemented by implementation and configuration revenue. With annual revenue of $10M to $50M and net profitability, Inlogik has an established commercial foundation from which to scale.
